We are focusing on desicpleship, equping each kid with tools to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our current study is called “Talking with God” covering these foundational theme: getting on track through prayer, learning how to give thanks and praise & learning how to hear God’s voice. Our Children’s program meets once a month from 7–8pm on the first & third Saturday of each month.  It will run during the INFUSION service as an option for childcare but parents are not required to attend the service in order for their children to attend.

We will are looking for volunteers to help with this ministry!!!

Infusion: A Worship Experience

Infusion is a time of participatory worship and interaction guided by the Holy Spirit to strengthen our relationship with the Lord and develop Spiritual gifts. Our goal is to equip the saints for the work of service in accordance with Eph. 4:11-16.

The order of service is flexible to allow for the direction of the Holy Spirit with the understanding that the Holy Spirit always acts without confusion and with order according to the guidelines of 1 Cor. 14.

Psalm 127:1 states, ” Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build labor in vain.” We see ourselves as co-laborers with Christ through the administration of the Holy Spirit. Any vision of what a church is to become is only valid if given by and through the Holy Spirit.

As David established his kingdom, (a type of Christ and building His Kingdom), the sons of Issachar were among those helping him establish and enlarge his kingdom. It was said of the sons of Issachar that they were men who understood the times and with knowledgeof what Israel should do.( 1 Chron. 12:32) In the Book of Revelation, Christ says to each of the seven churches, “He who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches. We want to be the modern sons of Issachar who have understanding of what the Spirit is saying and knowledge of what the church should do.

Resurrection Sunday Service, 10 AM. Come and celebrate. Rejoice that our Savior not only died for us, but has risen again!

• Join us at 8:30 am this Sunday for our annual Easter Breakfast. Bring  a hot breakfast dish to share and either a fruit tray of a breakfast bread.

• We will have an Easter Egg hunt for the kids at 9:30am, outside in the field if weather permits, inside if it doesn’t!

It is time to register for Ladies Retreat at Warm Beach Camp

Living Hope has signed up to attend the first Ladies retreat at Warm Beach Camp on April 27-29. We will be staying in the mountain cabins for $127/person. Our church should be on their website by now as a drop down choice when registering online. There is an early bird discount of $10 for those who enroll by March 30th.

Living Hope will be participating in Freedom Sunday on February 26th. It is the day Thousands of churches across the globe will inform the people of God of the effects of modern slavery in their own backyards and inspire and ignite them with a passion for those enslaved today.

Our own Dan Wayson will be sharing with us about his recent trip to Thailand and the slavery he witnessed. We will also have available to you information and resources on how you can fight slavery every day.
